Sr. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in Branding and Packaging, with knowledge of the beer and beverage market, delivering projects that not only meet the standards expected by our clients, but also adapted to each region.
We cover projects from the root and their identity, finding out what is the best way to communicate and what they have to offer to the world.
We carry out a preliminary study in which we internalize with each of our clients, in order to understand what the context is and thus be able to present them unique projects.
We work as a team, making proposals for packaging design and communications for new projects and pitches that deserve all our creativity and proactivity. In some cases, the creative path does not depend on us, but we have to make sure we take care of and elevate the brand while respecting its style and way of communicating.

Requirements
We need a graphic designer with more than 4 years of verifiable work experience. We seek to see in your portfolio projects that show not only your experience in the field, but also your ability to propose, as well as creativity and presentation. We want you to be a detailed graphic designer that pays special attention to how the system works, its fonts, its colors and images. Also we expect you to have the skills to propose graphic systems that do not only work on a single support, but also to be configured in packs, communication pieces and even trade marketing material. We need you to be able to present us rich systems, in concept and in graphics.
Also we consider very important that you enjoy your work, being passionate about design and believing that teamwork is not only fun but also enriching, enjoying the exchange of ideas, and willing to give opinions but also accept those of others.
